We've discovered that downgrading your image subscription can render your account unusable.

Downgrading currently causes you to have a negative image limit, meaning you can never put images back online. You can still upload images, but they will always be offline and stay offline.

It has affected all customers up to this date, but has never been reported to us.

We will fix this asap.

Currently affected customers have had their account fixed manually by me.
