You can now download a zip backup of your images.
You have the choice to select images to backup (up to 1000), or choose to backup a folder, or backup your entire drive.
There is a new My Backups page in your dashboard where you can see the progress in the backup creation and download it when finished.
If you have a lot of images, it can take a while to prepare the backup.
The backup will continue being created even if you navigate away/close the site.
If you have 25k images or more, the backup is split in separate zips, since such a big zip would be many tens of gigabytes and the internet+your browser are not stable enough for such a big download.
Only one zip can be prepared per drive at the same time, so if you request multiple backups, they are queued and handled one by one. If many customers are preparing a backup at the same time, your zip may be queued.
Managers of your drive are also allowed to request and download backups.

I'm aiming to release this feature fully baked in into the dashboard beginning next week.

We now offer backups of your image library that preserve your folder hierarchy. Read more about this here: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7371541806397947904

I would be intrested in this function also, mainly to download them inside folders we have setup on your system. The reason being, to keep our photo team used to managing file names and keeping them upto date.

Hi Sharena, at the moment no. However, contact me at mathias@img.vision and I can manually create a downloadable zip with all your images.
In any case, images are backed up on our system, so they are safe ;-)
