Put images automatically back online after resubscribing

When you cancel and you reach the effective cancellation date, all images above the 100 free limit are put offline and scheduled for deletion after 60 days.

If you resubscribe before those 60 days, your images should be put back online automatically.

This change is going to be reverted.

We should not automatically decide to put your images online if they are offline, we don't want to accidentally take images online that you want to keep offline.
